As the CEO of a reputable business, I expected professionalism and reliable service, but what I received was the complete opposite.
Initially, Kadeem appeared prepared and eager to take on the job. However, **one day before the shoot**, he reached out to inform me that he **did not have any equipment** and needed to rent everything last minute. This was an immediate red flag, but given the tight timeline, I agreed and provided the additional rental fees.
On the agreed day of the shoot, Kadeem arrived and went through the motions of recording our event. Once the shoot was done, we discussed his hours, and I paid him **in full** for the time he worked, with the understanding that additional payment would be made once the video editing for YouTube and TikTok was completed.
