I was initially contacted by Kai Cremata in Mid-July 2009. He informed me that we had money held in our name at the Orange County Clerk of Courts following a foreclosure on a timeshare property we had defaulted on. The Court held $11,086.34 in my name, Mr. Cremata offered to represent me in court and ask the court to remit the money directly to me, minus his ~11% commission.
I signed and returned the documentation to him, and received his confirmation of receipt on Sep/1. Kai Cremata filed a motion with the Clerk of Courts on September 29, 2010, and the money was disbursed on November 23, 2010, all $11086.34 of it to Kai Cremata.
Kai Cremata now avoids my phone calls, doesn't return emails or letters, and has stated several times that he is "unable to pay right now". I filed a police report, and the detective spoke to Kai Cremata, confirmed all details of my story, and recommended I proceed with a clear-cut Civil case.
I will go ahead and sue the crap out of Kai Cremata, because crooks should not go unpunished. But over half of my money will probably be eaten up by attorney's fees and litigation costs, so I am creating this website to warn anybody who is thinking of doing business with Kai Cremata, Faraday IX, or anyone affiliated with either body.
