Kaiku finance LLC Kaiku lost my money and won't refund me Thousand Oaks California Internet

 On January 15, 2016, I logged on to my account at Kaiku.com and followed the steps they laid out to transfer money by clicking the "Send Money" tab. I verified all account information and when I put in the routing number the correct name of the bank, Suntrust, came up. I transferred $180 into my fiancé's account. I received a confirmation that the transfer was successful. A few days later we noticed the money never reached his account. We contacted Suntrust and the had no record of the transfer. Suntrust advised us to contact Kaiku to resolve the dispute. I immediately contacted kaiku and was told the amount would be credited back to my account in 10 days. After 10 days I contacted kaiku and was told my dispute was denied. I explained the situation again and the rep contacted a supervisor who told me to fill out a dispute form again, I did and faxed it in. When I called to check that status kaiku said I needed to fill out yet a difference form. They emailed it to me and I immediately filled it out and emailed it back. Upon checking status again I was advised that the dispute was denied and I had to take it up with Suntrust. I asked for a supervisor and was put on a long hold and then was told no one was available to take my call. Suntrust says there is nothing to dispute on their end since they never received anything. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and my money is being held by kaiku. In the meantime I have bills that didn't get paid, bank fees from suntrust because that account is over drawn. I would like my money back and kaiku to pay resulting bank fees and late Fees.
