Thinking of working with Kale Realty? Read this now!

If you are looking for a company that will allow you to do deals that other brokerages won’t Kale Realty is for you. We were part of a group that purchased of a property in Lincoln Park and the agent David Itah had what he called a pocket listing.

He kept telling us that property was such a great deal and that we would be able to   just flip it without doing anything. Well a year later we still have that property and is still on the mls way overpriced.

What I didn’t know was Itah had separate contracts with 4 different people and paid them outside

of closing. The only way I knew, was that the price I paid and what the original contract was a $110,000 apart.

Itah kept telling me at closing what difference does it make you will make it up when you sell a Lincoln Park property.

I had to put these comments here when I was told that David Itah was at it again. I felt bad I thought if I had made comments earlier someone else wouldn’t have been screwed over.

I asked my other partners in this deal to also leave comments but I see they haven’t yet.

After I was told that the owner of Kale Realty knew of my deal and refused to see the paper work I decided I need to get this done now.

If you want to do dirty deals you are at the right place. If you want to do legit deals email me and I will get you a interview with a reputable Real Estate company.

Not sure how to respond...

Normally, if a client has a complaint, I would respond with a heartfelt apology and an offer to correct any errors. With almost 500 brokers working here, we're blessed in that our brokers do the right thing for their client. Obviously mistakes can happen, and when they do, we take responsibility. However, the information provided in this case is so far beyond reality, I wouldn't know how to respond. I'm sorry that client had a negative experience with one of our brokers. But I can assure you that if what they wrote had actually occured, the state would get involved, fines would be levied, that broker would lose their license, and we might also lose ours. This is the internet, and anybody can write anything. But despite this "report" being false, I can assure the public that when a mistake happens, we correct it. It's how we've stayed in business for 67 years. Thanks for listening.
