Complaint Review: Kaloti Enterprises

Kaloti Enterprises is probably the most shady company I have come across is my line of business, logistics. I have personally represented them for over 5 years, Just a quick google search of the company name will show you what the company is like. In the past they never had isssues paying invoices, but since the owner of the company was federally indicted for tax evasion, payments have ceased. Today alone I lost over $1100.00. They wholesale fake condoms, repackage food, and now the tax evasion. Owner Russ Kaloti is a slime ball, and his little "yes sir, no sir's" are no better. Nancy Pipke was what I considered to be a personal friend up until this point.

Note to all smaller freight brokerage firms- do not take on the risk of doing business with this company. In the last 2 months all top 10 firms (TQL, Landstar, Ch Robinson, etc.) have taken their credit line from $300,000+ to ZERO! They will use you and abuse you and not pay you. The way this company operates is disgusting. Im just glad my level of loss was tollerable, I know other brokers who have been stuck with 5 figure losses.
