Kama'aina Tech Solutions Ryan Yanagihara Shoddy service, late response times Hilo HI
Hired for website design and to update our payroll system for my business. Ryan never met his deadlines and the projects went on and on with various excuses why things were delayed. He told me he fixed my invoiceing system but when we used it all the same issues were still there. After I asked him when our website might finally be up he stopped answering texts.

Kama'aina Tech Solutions stopped offering web design and web hosting services back in 2018. We have not had any web design customers in the last 2 years, nor have we had any requests for this service. I am not aware of who this customer is. This claim appears to be fraudulent since it was submitted in late 2020. If the individual who filed the original complaint could contact us we are open to discussing the issue.
