First off, it took forever to get the grill and it was missing several tiles when it finally did arrive.  We followed all instructions.  The Kamado top broke during use.  We have tried for almost a year to get the replacement.  Originally, Richard Johnson acted like it was no problem and told my husband he would order it.  After that, we never received a replacement and he never answers the phone, nor does he return calls or emails.  I tried to call, blocking our number, but he doesn't accept blocked numbers.  I guess that says it all.  


We now have a useless 600 lb. grill on our deck that is unsightly at this point and we are out $1800. I see now, we are not the only ones.  

Do not even think about purchasing anything from this crook.  

I have reported him and his operation to the FBI.  They are still sending out their advertisements via email to buy a grill from them!  I don't think so, THIEF!
