I bought big joe 2 grilll from them on the August 8, 2020. Very soon after the fiberglass gasket was detached from the grill.
I’ve filed 8 times and they closed all the cases.
Case numbers are 182491, 179121, 177476, 177475, 177474, 174316, 174317.
That part is under warranty and they told me that they shipped already but it all the time turned out that it was not shipped. There's no way to reach out them and communicate in person. It's terrible customer service experience.
