Will not shop here again! I wanted to exchange necklace by returning it with payment for the difference in a new, more expensive order, but I was told I could only return it less the 25% restocking fee and shipping. The company offered no other solution and refused to even attempt to find another resolution. I regret that I ever bought from a company who refuses to work out an agreeable resolution on an exchange, especially one that benefits both parties.
