Complaint Review: Kamron home theater system

Kamron home theater system exact same as the others I've read. I was at a gas station and two guys drove up in a pick up and said they had overbought some smart tvs so were just trying to make their money back , did I want to buy one? I looked at the boxes and they looked like tvs later I find out they are only home theater systems. I told him I would give him 200 for one and ended up buying 3 . Thought now, that is 3 less christmas presents to buy! Nationwide

exact same as the others I've read.  I was at a gas station and two guys drove up in a pick up and said their boss had over- bought some smart tv s and did I want to buy one?  i said how much after I looked at them in the back of his pickup and he said, how much would you pay?  I said 200.00 so he got one out and I said "Ill take all three"  I thougtht i would used them for christmas presents.

Pretty disappointed to find out they were not tvs but home theater system instead.

didn't think it was a scam until I saw all of the reports when I got online to check out the product.

Clearly marked 7.1 home theater system. Says nothing about a tv being in the box. Stop lying and enjoy your surround sound system

So you didn't think that it was at all odd that some guys drive up in a Pickup truck, ask how much you would want to pay to buy their overstock, and when you offered $200 they said they would take it...Really?

Just be lucky that you got scammed instead of receiving stolen merchandise. As here you only lost $600, if it was actually stolen merchandise you would be writing this from prision as no judge would buy this story.

The only thing that you didn't mention is that usually these people start off by telling you that they are very high end, probably in the $2000-$3000 price range and even will show you a catalog with the MSRP. Of course if they did that and you offered them $200 AFTER that, the entire "I didn't really know it was a scam" is totally laughable as you would have had to know something was up.

By the way from other reports, they apparently work okay and there would be nothing wrong with giving them out as presents. Just hope no one else sees them and says..."You got scammed..didn't you".
