KandHbooks ripoff pre paid but no products ever received proved to seller that products were not coming and yet not willing to fix problem Detroit Michigan

I purchased the last two cd's of a type of game for my son and after calling amozon themselfs they too told me they have had complaints on this hal and kathy. I kept emailing them finially after days of no responses they finially emailed me back telling me it was on the way I have contacted MI and CA U.S.

Postal services the product is lost and there best guess is if the product is found and that is a big if Wayne in CA stated it would then take four weeks too process too reship back too MI then back too seller then seller would reship and if everything went right then it would reach me in 6 too 12 weeks I emailed hal this afternoon gave him names and all reaccuring emails and phone #'s

he won't refund me and says the waiting time is not out of the question and i should be patient I expained too him my son is ill and was willing in the start of this mess i would pay for overnight delivery. This is a small part and a nice way of saying all that has taken place. I do hope no one ever goes threw this.

This customer, within a week of filing his negative review, received the item in question. He was very satisfied and wrote us an Email thanking us for our honest service. He indicated he wished to change the negative review, but he did not know how to go back and do so.

We are glad he got the item and was happy with it. We do regret that it took so long and we understand his frustration.

We care very much about our customers and work very hard to see they are satisfied.

His order was shipped on time but somehow the item was misrouted by the US POSTAL System. With the tracking number we were watching it move to different parts of the country. Once an item is mailed we are not able to speed up the US Mail.

His first two emails were deleted with a request that he send us an email without attached pictures. We do not open emails with zip files or attached pictures if we do not know the sender.

We requested that he wait until it arrived as we could see it was moving but not necessarily in the right direction and were reluctant to issue a refund since it was not lost but misrouted.

At his request we issued a complete refund.

Upon receipt of package customer paid for items.

We did not charge customer for shipping due to US POSTAL delay.

On 11/8/02 we received this nice reply from our customer on 11/8/02.

I would like too take this time too change my rating on your company from 1out of 5 too 5of 5 you are very honesty trust worthy and true too your words. Both you and your wife bring real meaning and trust back too business. I do apologize for the haste reaction many orders from the web sometimes turns out too be false or too good too be true. It was not your fault that the postal service did what they did. I will order from your fine company again. I tried too change the rating myself and hope you can do it for me since I was having problems. Too all customers waiting on orders out there from your company just let me say this that the order is coming it is not the fault of K and H books it is the shipping. Hal look into some way of shipping and the little extra cost a true customer is willing too pay the extra too get what he/she wants.

WOW that was fast

After about an hour or so maybe less a refund e-mail letter was in my box and this is tuesday they say they will turn it in too process my refund tommorow {wed} and should get an email on Thursday with my refund info on it.
Lets see what happens.
