On February 14, 2015, I purchased a TV console from Kane's.  On February 15, 2015, I canceled the purchase.  Although the debit was pending in my account, Kane's debited my account after the cancellation.  To date, February 26, 2015, they have yet to return my money--even after repeated calls.  They stated it takes 5 business days for my account to be credited, yet it only took them one day to take my money.  It's been 13 days and counting.  Unless you really, really, know you are going to keep what you purchase from Kane's, I suggest you buy your item somewhere else.  Getting your money back is near impossible.
