I purchased a couch and loveseat and chair many years ago and it ripped and they refused to fix it then 6 months ago I purchased a white sectional that was terribly uncomfortable and felt like plastic and after a big arguement and 400.00 extra they traded it for another sectional. Well now today I go back as this one also feels like plastic and very uncomfortable and they say there is nothing they can do after I have spent over 4000.00 with them
