Complaint Review: KANNAWAY

Check back a couple of years, this company is resurfacing.  Scam is the common description of this venture.  The products are misrepresented, the business is a Pyramid and the monies promised are non-existent !!!

Do you realize that Kannaway, since its launch in March/April already has a BBB rating of F; only one complaint was resolved. I filed a complaint with the BBB. To get an F report on this in just a few months is reprehensible.

Kannaway has 6 reports, with many comments, of scam, they certainly haven't wasted any time pissing people off. 

According to the FTC, Kannaway is considered a pyramid scheme. Really? You're going to question the FTC? I filed a report with them.

I filed a complaint with the State's Attorney for Consumer Fraud.

The autoship is ridiculous. I spent $40 on a 1.8 oz product that I ran out of in 2 weeks. And the shipping cost was astronomical (more money for Kannaway to keep!) I found an eight oz bottle of Hemp Oil/CBD cream on Amazon for $7.95 and a lot less shipping cost.

I was not told by my sponsor that I would need to purchase an autoship to actually make money. I wasn't infromd of that till I joined. 

It's a pyramid scheme because really the only people buying the product are the distributors on autoship. When I joined there were no "capture pages" that led to products; only business ones to attract more distributors. The products are a front, they just want to recruit more distributors than actually sell products. This is why the FTC considers them a pyramid scheme. Before you joined did you check the BBB? Did you google kannaway with the word scam in the search? You are very sadly mislead by this company. I suggest you check your facts first.

So many victims of this company and their deceptive practices, including myself...

1) Prices for shipping on a 1.8oz. jar is $13 (post office says $3.78) pure scam priofits for Kannaway. 

2) rediculous prices for products that most consumers laugh at. If it were'nt for their own "auto-ship" no products would sell at all.

3) Hardly any CBD (all products about 5% - many cases less then 5%) whic makes them almost ineffective for any real health benefits from CBD unless the products ae used 10+ times per day.

4) Real Hemp and CBD oil industry people laugh at Kannaway trying to be a part of the Hemp/ CBD Movement!

5) If a paycheck was less then $20. Kannaway keeps your money and wont send it! ILLEGAL to say the least!

6) Corporate leader changes after only a few months? Sounds like problems to me.

7) Comp plan favors much higher ups when almost ZERO money is made for people with even 50+ people on their team.

Conclusion: STAY AWAY and DO NOT buy into this dillusion as they will certainly go under within a year!

*This report is being filed by someone that was in Kannaway and went to big events, grew a large team and the was continually asked to buy more products, lied to aboiut auto-ship requirements to serve their upline's profits and told to buy into advertising schemes that made to progress and who's upline greatly profuited with. 

Ok so you have some people in your powerline that you don't know??? Everybody has people in the powerline that don't know. Did you bother to read about the powerline and what it is and how it works? That number of people in your powerline was the number of people who joined Kannaway after you. No you are not likely to know them because did not sponsor them and that number climbs for everyone as more people sign up.

Realistically you truthfully need to go back and review all of the information again. I would like to also let you know that there was a comp plan for the buzz launch time frame and then the actual comp plan for the people who became IBO's which was shown and given to us on March 15 2014. This latest comp plan was implimented after the buzz launch time period had ended March 31, 2014.

Really?  Instead of making a simple phone call – you post a rip-off report? Let’s clear this up right now. First of all I commend you and joining and recognizing the opportunity – however – the information you used was NOT accurate and your sponsor could not contact you.  You can even opt-in to be contacted WITHOUT joining it you put in an email address that is actually valid.

Sometimes people use fake email addresses in opt-in pages just to see what’s next and in your case even the phone number was typed in incorrectly. Even with this likely being the case when you signed up – your sponsor’s information was shown as is still shown and is currently available to help you get started.

They don’t employ psychics to guess what your correct address or phone number is – quit filing complaints and set a realistic goal of a few hundred or few thousand a week or month and work the program !

Secondly – disregard the reply here that suggests you are not in a good position – you are in a GREAT position and the couple thousand people in your power line now exceeds 10,000 but you have to build the other side!

With ANY program, whether marketing Hemp products, a companies services, or even magic lollipops you must put forth the effort to build your business yourself with the help of your sponsor and compensation is based not only on overall sales volumes but also your individual qualifications based on what YOU have done to promote your business.

Get to work building another line ! You joined this month and have done nothing but in the meanwhile the company recently did the FIRST payment run for OVER $600,000 to those that put forth the effort to get started building their team.

While it’s true the comp plan wasn’t clearly labeled in the back office the day you joined, as it has NUMEROUS bonuses that are better covered by your sponsor to avoid confusion – the entire back-office because the program was in pre-launch was redone to add additional features, and more information.

You are sitting in the middle of a gold mine – and posting complaints because, although you have all the tools provided, someone hasn’t helped you load the buckets and carry them to your bank. The comp plan can be emailed to you or the link to the PDF provided.  It’s not too late – simply correct your contact info, contact your sponsor, or go to  facebook.com/HempMarketing or www.CannabisCashflow.com and sign up again if you canceled. Signing up and doing nothing is the same as reporting for a new job, sitting under your desk all week, and then Friday expecting a huge check with bonuses.

First of all - whether the facebook page www.facebook.com/HempMarketing is the page of top reps that possibly have more options than you, or that www.facebook.com/WeAreKannaway is the biz page is irrelevant to the compensation plan not being clearly explained.

After the product information it should be the next thing explained. Obviously you signed up too (without knowing how you would be paid) and had to later serach for the comp plan - the same as the OP. Their point is that you shouldn't have to "search" for the plan - especially if you believe in the pruducts enough to sign up and want to promote.

First of all the page you are stating on here as Kannaway's facebook page is not the official facebook page. You would need to be added to it as it is private. So now knowing that you were clearly on the wrong page you most certainly would not have found a comp plan. This should not be a surprise to you. Seriously, what person thinks they are jump line??

50,000 people researched and got the information they needed and knew that this was a real thing and you come along not even believing in what you are doing so you think you are gonna go to the top and get in front or above someone else??? How old are you? 12. The compensation plan is out on the internet if you cared to search it up instead of trying jump to the front of the line like you have done something to deserve being in front of 50,000 other people who have done their leg work. This is quite possibly the most rediculous rant I have ever read.

I'm not sure how to fix the typo so doing through update even though the only update is about another 1000 additional people there now a couple days later that i don't know either and can't contact. Still don't know how this is supposed to work !!
