Complaint Review: kanner and Pintalug

I was involved in an accident on nov 4 2012 ,i told my wife i was not calling an attorney, and that sparked an argument so nonetheless i dialed 411 pain,and i got hooked up with kanner and pentaluga they were so eager for me to sign and go get an MRI done,and see all types of doctors that trumped up the charges for my bill .Once i was telling them that my injuries was no longer present and i wanted stop treatment, tgey got upset and said that i needed to continue getting treatment even though i was hurting anymore, i was having financial difficulties  and really needed money, kevin sobel told me if i continue treatment he would be able to get a loan company to loan me some money, so i continued treatment simply because i needed money, i later found out kevin sobel owned this loan company where i was loaned 3000.00 dollars and charged 5500.00 dollars to repay in order to get this loan he.

Kevin Sobel instructed me to get three epedoral shots in my neck which later i was charged 9042.00 for,at this point i had enough and i demanded my cade be closed ,but they kept saying we dont have my bills after ten months, so i went and got my bills for them ,then they said they do not have my insurance lean letter,so i called and got that letter,and my insurance agent said she has been calling and sending letters and had not heard from them in over 6 months, now i finally got the case to settle and they wont release my money the case settled for 50.000.00 dollars, im supposed to get 12.000.00 dollars #wow! I know  robbery right ,everytime i call about my money they hang up up on me ,curse at me ,call me a psycho on occasion, i told kevin Sobel that i was going to report him to the bar,he said they wont do anything but ask a few questions, i told him about all his bad reviews he says they are all fake ,well this one isnt fake.

 i called today and he said you called me five times a day what are you crazy ,dont call here anymore you m*********** ,i was in shock ,but this behavior from Kevin Sobel is normal,the main office in Duluth, GA is not an office at all its an old regis building with none of his staff is there but its listed as the main office (2180 satellite blvd Duluth ga suite 400)my closing statement came from this address, i spoke to state farm and my adjuster and this is where my check was sent to This was a huge mistake doing business with these people,thanks 411 pain i called the ga bar complaints office they told me that there was nothing they could do but they dont condone this behavior (brushed me off) im going to sue Mr Sobel for misrepresentation, and punitive damages, my family (wife and five kids )has been evicted twice waiting for this check right before thanksgiving if there is anyone interested in getting involved in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST KANNER AND PENTALUGA AND KEVIN SOBEL please call me or email me (((REDACTED)))
