I paid $159.00 in April 2016 for KANOA wireless earbuds. After two delivery extension dates with promises to deliver, I received a notice 8/23/17 essentially saying I would not be receiving my headphones, yet there was no mention of a refund. The company kept updates of their progress the whole time and then a single email to give all the preorderers that the product would not be a reality. The company also deleted all of its emails and shut down its customer service portals.
