Complaint Review: Kanoa Inc

Kanoa Inc Kept pushing ship dates back. Never respond back to emails. Been waiting for almost 18 months and can not even get a refund. Now the company is shut down. San fransisco California

 I pre ordered the Kanoa headphones in april of 2016. As of today I still jave not recieved them and the company has taken down all their social media pages and will not respond to emails. I have asked thier customer service for updates and refunds however, I have gotten nothing.
