Complaint Review: Kanoa

Kanoa Kanoa Inc. www.getkanoa.com Ripped me off for $189.00 Kanoa accepted pre order money and continued to LIEEEEE to us all. Kept pushing the "delivery dates" back then all of a sudden they delete every single point of contact they had and sent out a f***ing bulls*** a** email saying their sponsors backed out and they can no longer come through with the product. So we get f***ed out of our money. San Francisco California

 I pre ordered a set of ear buds from Kanoa and was charged September 28 2016. As the months went by Kanoa would send monthly "progress report" emails stating that their production was on schedule and everything was looking great. This continued for monthsssss. I emailed multiple times and would get the same cookie cutter reply stating that they would let us know when the product would ship. Welll that never happened and as of today 8/23/2017 kanow emailed us and stated they will not be providing us with our product due to their sponsors pulling their funding. They have completely deleted all of their social media platforms and any other means of contacting them. I contacted American Express and they said due to the charge being a year old they could not do anything for me. I want these scumbags who ran Kanoa to pay for this. I want my money back plussss more for the bulls*** and I want to thrown in prison.
