KaoneticsTechnologies Inc Never upheld law suit settlement / Never paid for stock they received Inyokern, California

I am a shareholder of the start up company Protective Systems Inc (PSI) and was requested to sell some shares back to PSI / Kaonetics. Shares were given back and I never received my money. As per my law suit settlement agreement I was to receive my money for the shares and only received stories from James Cornwell and Gary Gram as to why my money was delayed as they raised money for the company.
Has anyone experienced the same from this company? Something is not right. Company states they are worth around $30 M and cannot pay $100 K for stock they received! Sound like it may be criminal to me!
