Complaint Review: Kaotic Von Boutique

I am so upset right now, I have order from this company several times, and always got a tracking number I order Feb 19th but I always got a tracking number a couple of days right after its now Feb 29th no tracking number, so I decided to call today to see what is going on,I call the 1st number I seen on the site which was 980-299-1598 and I got a young lady telling me she is busy and about to take a shower and to call back, I was like wow and this is a business number, she told me to call another number which was 813-559-1282 when I call this number its a Voicemail that is not set up so I tried a 3rd number 813-989-0289 and a young lady anwser and before I can even say anything she told me she was busy and I got upset an she can tell and she apologize and ask me whats going on I explain to her everything and about the rude girl I talk to before, but she told me its nothing she can do because she was in the store but she did call someone on another phone and I heard the lady saying she just order, I said I order on the 19th and i was just looking for a Tracking number, they told me maybe they ran out but I said if thats the case why did i get a email telling me you did or if its on back order or returning my money, then the lady said calm down Im making her Blood pressure go up, WOW and this is a business, I will never order from them, right now Im just figthing to get my money back and rather spend xtra to a real business, Now I have to figure out how Im going to get my money back.
