Complaint Review: Kapital Business Solutions Inc or KBS1

I started working at this company Kapital business solutions.  The first interview was with this guy named Mica or Mika walker.  He went off for a good 20 mins about how the company is growing and expanding and how they are desperate for managers and they did marketing for bell canada and some company called green smart that i later found out is his uncle making cleaning products in his house.  Made me feel like they wanted to train me to be a manager.  I was promised many times bonuses that they never fullfilled like trips and money.  they made me sign something that says im totally independant but told me what time to be at work and what was was allowed to do and not to do. Now i can't even apply for assistance.  they are bullies treat people like s**t.  the presidents name was Rahim karimi one of the shadiest people i have ever met.  he lies talking big about how the company is growing and he's doing better then everyone else out there.  He treats people like numbers and i learned you can't trust anything that comes out his mouth. or his lapdog mica or mika's mouth.  i ended up leaving because i was so unhappy working with them and they decided they wernt going to pay me my last cheque, telling me they had to hold it for 6 months.  total bs.  i hope someone puts them out of business.  i always catch him staring at any new girls like they are a slab of meat.  it disgusted me.  the way he talked about the admin when she wasn't around.  i dont understand why these people support him.  they are all so shady.  

Do yourself a favor.  DONT EVER LET YOURSELF GET SUCKERED INTO WORKING WITH THEM. 
The sales guys all lie... and they do presure sales.  

I can honestly say i never want to see any of them again.  i just want the money i worked so hard for.

Freezing conditions in winter and they dont care...
