Kaplan College Hammond higher education,Kaplan university Fraudulent, manipulative, over selling Hammond Nationwide
I went to check it out one day, and admit that I was in a desperate state as I wanted very badly to get an education and be able to afford it. I was concerned about taking out loans but they reassured me that I will get grants to cover a good chunk of the cost and that I would make plenty of money in the field I choose. Originally, I checked out their massage program but by the end of our overview, I was signed up to start classes as a computer technician that same day. After 3 months, (and 1/3rd of the course through), I realized I still didn't know anything about computers- and I took my studies VERY seriously. So I switched into the massage program (they took out MORE student loans for this as well). Btw, they ended up terminating their computer technician course due to a low student count and high failure rate... Today I owe them $27,000 and growing for 3 + 9 months of education. I don't work in either field today. I just wanted to get ahead in life, now iI may very we'll be paying this for the rest of my life.
