I had enrolled in Kaplan's online education. After applying for student loan and getting my computer set up for classes I started my new adventure.

After a few short weeks I became physically incapacitated. I had sent a request for an extension. I even had a signed letter from my doctor.

They were given the money from my student loan and are now asking for more. I paid the $95.00 enrollment twice due to their crappy website. And my stafford loan disbursed $791.00.

In my enrollment agreement it states in case of prolonged illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical to complete the program a refund that is reasonable and fair to both parties shall be made.
