Kaplan University Student Loan did not pay for the entire amount of my education Fort Lauderdale , Florida
I am so amazed at how many complaints are listed about the same problem I have with Kaplan.
I was told that my financial aid and my student loan would be covered in full. Well after I decided to take a break from school I get a letter stating that I owe over 2,900.00 which makes no sense. When my student loan and financial aid paid more than enough for my education.
I think this is something that needs to be resolved. I approached the same problem when I called the financial aid office stating that I am in collections and I can not return to school because I have and outstanding balance which makes not since.
I was trying to get my transcript so that I can return to school since my husband is in a coma and I no longer have his income to survive. I explain this to them and the lady was busy drilling me about how I was going to pay rather than explaining to me how this could have happen and what I could do to get this resolved.
