Kaplan University they claim that the documents that they sent to me are the wrong ones, so now i cant get my financial aid or transcript to transfer! daven port Iowa
Kaplan University has claimed that my funds have ran out and they are basically kicking me out of school with no degree or certificate. They also claim that the documents that they sent me and i have faxed back are the wrong ones. So now i have to refax them to Kaplan, at $9.00 of my money. also, they claim that i owe them money because my funds will not cover the full amount. i think that Kaplan isw very unorganized and they refuse to help you out on anything. they also preach professionalism but lack it in their own company. Kaplan needs to be shut down and stop screwing people out of their money. i have tried to resolve all conflicts with them but they claim that they are always right. i have wasted 2 years here and money and i have nothing to show for it. Kaplan needs to stop the "BS" and be real!!
