Complaint Review: Kar-co Auto Center

i bought a car on 1 25 03 from what i believd to be a private party come to find out this car was bought and sold for profit.and i ended up paying 68.00 in penalties to the d.m.v. because the car had not been properly registered and the car was not smogged by law the seller has to provide smog i had to pay an extra 40.00 for that after i

paid d.m.v. 214.00 for tax and lic they informed me i need to get a dealer report of sale so i went back to see carlos at kar co and he tried to charge me tax again i got so mad i almost called the police .this car was listed with ten others under ther phone number in the auto trader ad and i picked up a guy in westminster who told me he was the private owner of this vechile,he was not,would you please help me?thankyou,dennis bathurst
