Karam Ali Feshki is the owner of Cafe 200 in the 200 building at Galleria in northwest Atlanta, Georgia, and is a partner in Fanoos Persian Tea House on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia. He borrowed $7000 cash from my friend on July 19, 2006, for operating expenses for Fanoos, and promised to pay it back in one month. Today is December 31, 2007, and he still has not paid back the money and has made no plans or payment arrangements to do so.

Fanoos employs undocumented illegal aliens, paying them in cash, and allows underage drinking and smoking. My friend also used to work at Fanoos and told me that the owners pay off the police to look the other way when they stay open late. I personally will never patronize either of these businesses and encourage others not to do so either.
