I bought the guide for the 47.00 dollars, and once I made paymennt, no help was provided at all. This Mr. Smith could care less what happens after payment is made. You are illegally downloading pirated songs and software that you may be unaware of. You can get all this information for free. How this man can stay in business is beyond me. You pay for this guide that shows you how to illegally download songs. Don't do it since you could get into big trouble. He happily takes your money and then will ban you from the site where you can download songs. Luckily, I didn't download any songs once I talked to cdrwin and they told me what was going on with this so called company.
