I, too, bought from her off ebay in December 2008. She has never refunded my money or provided me with the product I bought. I bought 100 heart wine stoppers from her. She gave me excuses up until Feb 2009 then no return call or return emails. I have tried NUMEROUS times and she will not respond at all. There are TWO websites she is selling out of and it's sick and very sad for us all. I can't believe this.
