The two people rented a room to me, including Utilities and all meals. This was all good for the first month. After paying the second months rent, some meals and all beverages weren't included anymore, so I decided to move out. The people did not want to return the rent for the month I have paid too much and the worst thing: They did not want to refund the deposit I had to give them. We never did a written rental agreement, so by Arizona law that deposit has to be refundable, which they refused.
Total Rip-Offs, sad people.
