Complaint Review: Karen Dienstag

I wasn't surprised to read this story about Karen Dienstag! I have been a neighbor of Karen's for a while and I have had nothing but problems with her.

I knew she was a realtor and several people here in the community sought her for the sale of their property since she lived here. mistake! Three out of three of us have all had extensive problems with this women.

Personally, I experiences began great.. Until Karen began angry that she couldn't sell my property for the price I wanted. She accepted the listing for that price! What was the problem.. a slow market, not the right buyer yet?? Why was this my fault? She screamed at me, called me names, refused to return my phone calls.... totally unprofessional.

Then after speaking to others here in the community I found they to had simular stories. Karen has always been a tuff neighbor to live with but, I thought that might make her a good realtor, someone on my side to help sell my property. I was wrong,,, dead wrong!

Tobin Properties is who she works for. I spoke to them about the situation and there response was "O that's just Karen, somedays she's your best friend and the rest of them she's your worst enemy." I couldn't believe my ears!
They know that she has a hot temper and employes her anyway!

I'm sorry to say that my opinion based on personal experience would be to stay clear of Karen Dienstag and her employer Tobin Properties. In this time selling or buying you need a level headed person on your side to help you. That's not what you'll find from Karen!
