dear karen, my name is justin gray. back in november of 2007 i bought a wolf hybrid puppy and a white german shepherd puppy. i just got back from iraq to find out that my wife's dog, glacier, the white german shepherd, had to be hospitalized because of a genetic defect(brain tumor) and was just yesterday put to sleep because of it. not sure if you're in the habit of selling puppies at top dollar to clients with genetic defects or this was a one time thing, but from the recent activity on this site, i'd said it's become quite a habit for you. i'd like for you to give me a call back so you and i can discuss reembursment of the purchase price and the vet. bills that went along with the brain tumor. if you can call me back at 407-968-0344 so we can settle this out of court that would be the best for both parties. if this is something that can't be handled through you and i, than i'll be sure to have my laywer call you at the number listed on your site.

Justin. How in the world your "vet" (and I use that term loosely) can claim that a brain tumor was a genetic defect and the fault of the breeder. Makes a lot of sense seeing that we've had these lines for 44 years and have NEVER owned a German Shepherd with a tumor. Think maybe something that happened to him during the almost 2 1/2 years that you had him, is what caused it?
I'm sure the GMO ingredients in his dog food had nothing to do with it! Or the flea/tick/and heartworm poisons your vet recommendeds all dogs stay on, had anything to do with it! Or.... just maybe a blow to the head? I'm sure he was constantly watched every second of every day, and never could have run into something... hitting his head... of course not.
You never once called me and mentioned this. More fun to contact me through this report. Vets will almost always tell people that their dog's problems are the fault of the breeder. Do you REALLY think they are going to tell you that the mercury and other poisons in the shots that they DEMAND that you give yearly cause tumors / cancer / allergies / digestive problems, etc... ?? Hell no! They will not speak out against BIG PHARMA, their suppliers, and cut their own throats.
Start spending your time RESEARCHING about GMO'S, pesticides, herbicides, phalates, chlorine, etc... Even the liner inside your dog food bag has chemicals in it! You may think ignorance is bliss, that everything you buy for your dog... food, treats, toys, beds, bones, etc.... are safe, but guess again. And don't get me started on all the toxic chemicals both in the house and outside. You've possibly got some serious toxins in your environment that could easily also affect both you and your wife AND especially your children, if you have any.
Case in point: check out High Fructose Corn Syrup. It's in almost everything you eat now! Laboratories give it to rats to CREATE diabetes, so they can then do their testing on diabetes. High Fructose Corn Syrup has the same MERCURY content as having one tooth filled EVERY DAY for the rest of your life! Now research what MERCURY does to the body. You have to question EVERYTHING that goes in or on your animals bodies, or you will surely not get 18 good healthy years out of any dog.
