I ordered parts for a Lincoln restoration online.  Website calculated shipping automatically, and I paid with Paypal.  Later I received an email from Karen Williams wanting additional shipping.  Even though I thought it was excessive, I paid it, considering I needed the parts.  Long story told short, one of the parts was defective.  When I called Karen Williams, I explained the defect, and she said to return it with a copy of the invoice.  I no longer had the original invoice, but I did have a copy of the Paypal invoice showing the parts ordered, the date and of course the payment amount.  NOT GOOD ENOUGH!  She wants to charge a $20 research fee.  I will eat my loss and go elsewhere.  Other Lincoln restorers should do the same!
