I found a flash video recorder software i was looking for in this site : www.flashsyndrome.com There were many links in the web to this site. I contacted them and was answered by a gentleman named Karim Metallaoui. I asked him many questions about the software and finally decided to buy it.

After i bought it i wrote Karim and he toled me i will have it by the end of the day. After that he disappeared for 5 days, while i wrote him emails without replays.
After 5 days he finally answered and apologized for the delay, and said he was out of town and said i will have it by the end of the day, again.Two days after that, i still didn't get my product.

I started looking around the net about this guy and company, and found many people who reported that he has stole money from them as well.I wrote him and told him that i am on to him and that he has one more day to deliver before i go to PayPal and all other bodies that deal with internet fraud.
He said - Go ahead....

I can't belive people can steal our money and walk around without ANY fear or worry. We should fight these people to the ground and not allow them to screw people and make a nice and peaceful life out of it. I will not let this guy go about his life without putting a BIG dent in his business. If i had lived anywhere around Florida, i would pay him a visit accompanied by the local police.

What this client forgets to mention is that we not only fully refunded his purchase but he did not simply ordered one of our ready made product. He ordered a customization of one of our product and we agreed to do it for him free of charge.
We encountered a server issue that we had to resolve has a priority and told the client that there will be some delays.
We have proof of the paypal refund and if necessary, we kept every e-mail communication.
I do not know how they work in Israel, but here we do have more than one client to deal with and our company policy is very specific concerning customization.
The delivery time for any customization may be change, Especially when we are doing it free of charge. There is always delays in software development and if this customer was in a hurry to get the software he should have said so at the beginning and we would have charged him a fair price for the expedited delivery.

We have been in business over two years now and are doing very well.
If we were in the business of ripping off people our website would probably no longer exist anymore.

Some people need to learn Patience...
