Karl Bright Insurance Agency Agency refused to provide the service and gave me rude attitude because i asked 1 day to check the prices and get back to them. Milford Massachusetts

I turned to this insurance agency in order to purchase Homeowners insurance for my new house.
They gave me the price which was a little bit higher than my expectations, but since it was was supposed to be a monthly payments with the mortgage, I decided to proceed. When we finalized the policy, they informed me that I need to pay 1 year in advance as it required by the bank. Since I didn't know the prices and never deal with insurances, I responded that will get back to them tomorrow, just would like to check other prices. Instead of convince me to stay with them or respond nicely that they will wait, they agent send me rude humiliating email. I turn to the manager about this agent behavior and instead of making me setup policy and apologize for inappropriate behavior of this agent, manager responded that he agree with him and I am not good for his company.
