Karl Malone Toyota Spot Delivery Ripoff Sandy Utah
Gave this dealership a trade in and down payment for a 2007 Corolla S. Went through financing and took new car home. Next day brought new car back because financing fell through. I did get my trade in and down payment back so I was happy about that. It's just frosts me that dealerships knowingly let people leave their lots without the deal completed. Some of the responsibility does fall on the customer but the dealership should make it known that the deal is not done. Don't go to Karl Malone Toyota to even use the bathroom.

I wrote a letter the General Sales Manager of Karl Malone Toyota explaining my concerns about his shady business practices. Naturally, there was no response.
