Karl Moedl Pontiac Buick Joel ,Joey, Olmedo Unhappy customer Yuma, Arizona
On 12/10/09 I test drove a 2006 mini van, because of the promotion they advertised, if you buy a vechicle from the parking lot of Sam's club fr I om Karl Moedl you get a 500.oo gift card well I bought the van and didn't get the gift card, all I got was the run arround, but I test drove it and noticed right away about the turn signal on the right side ddn't turn off automaticly as its suppose to. Joel said they will fix it if the finance company financed the car, about a week later Joel called me and stated that the finance companyfinanced the van,but he didn't want to fix the turnsignal as he promised stating he wouldn't make any money off the deal, so at that time I informed him that the right side break's squeek and the radio and clock, both are not working and that's there a rattle coming from the dash board, on the passenger'[s side, and that I was having problem,s with the side doors opening and closing, His response to me was ok bring the car in on 12/27/10 whenI broght the van in t the service dept they stated that the compay has changed there policies on fixing the van and that I would need two supervisior signature on the form , so on 12/28/09 and he will get it all fixed. I had to remt a car while they had my van, On 12/29/09 Joel call's me and tell's me that they fix the van except the radio and clock cause it started working again, I picked up the van on 12/29/09, as I was driving home the clock and radio stop working. I called Joel right away cause he stated that if it went out to call him right away and bring the van back in. Joel stated at that time that the service dept was closing for the holidays and bring the van back in on 1/4/10 and they will fix it. let know that I stated to Joel that nothing was fixed the brakes still squeek, doors still have a hard time opening at times, and the radio and clock not working. On 1/4/10 i droped off the van at 8 am and Joel took the van to the service dept, later that after noon Joel called me again and stated for me to pick up the van because the person who specialize on working on the van's didn't show up that day So I picked it up and Joel made arrangement for he van to be droped off on1/7/10, at that time I asked Joel about the 30 day return the car, no questions asked or no hassles, but Joel told me that the way it works is that they take back the van and I could buy another one but I would have to fiance the van and the new one with two finance charges So on 1/7/10 I drope off the van, but Joel wasn't there that morning so I asked the lady siting at the desk for Joel to call me so we can make arrangement to get the van fixed, so I left my number with them again. After not hearing from Joel or any other worker, I started calling everyday moniung, afternoon and early evening, askng for a manager about Joel, I got so much excuses including he's in meeting, he left for a bit, and I don't see any managers arround. On 1/18/10 I started calling again asking for a manager, I got one and he told me that Karl Moedl was bought by Fishers outo, and he would check nto my complain and call me back that day he promised, since I didn't heard from him I went to the dealership and told the manager about what was going on, At that time I asked for my lincined plate as I had done the footwork for them, that they need to get my plate for the van registered with DMV as I had tred to do wayback on 12/22/09 but DMV emplloyee told me that the van has not been register with them yet that I had to bring the paper from the DMV,to karl moedl , which I did cause I now have a handicap one, I wastold to come back to fisher on 1/20/10 to pick up my lincnce plate, at 1 pm. I was there but the plate not, the person, said someone went there and they haven't returned yet and she didn't know when the person would return so I left my name and number again with them, and so far haven't heard a word, I only have 4 more days to drive the van with the company tag's. As of today the van not fixed and no tag's
