Their technician spent 2 hours trying to fix my computer (Firefox) but didn't fix it. After he left I fixed it with help from Google. Karls charged me $218 even though they didn't fix it. They say they charge for time spent, not results.
If you want to spend your money with out results use Karls. They would not refund my money
