Purchased a Trail Master mini XRX-R from KartQuest.com (August 22, 2016) that was received badly damaged. When the go kart crate was received at my garage door it was photographed to document the damage. During the uncrating of the go kart I noticed multiple gouges in the main frame structure in addition to the kart floor board was bent up towards pedals (photos taken). The damage to the frame appears to be from shipping forks smashed through the shipping crate. The battery tray was damaged along with one of the rear shocks. Multiple bolts and rear wheel keys (two) are missing. I have called Kart Quest multiple times without resolution. Sales person Bob refused to supply replacment parts to make this $1,199.00 purchase usable. The frame damage can only be resolved through replacment. Pictures will be posted documenting the damage to the go kart so hopefully people can avoid this group (Kart Quest.com or MotoBuys.com). If you want to waste $1,199.00 purchase from KartQuest.com.
