Karz Plus Escondido and San Diego Very Sneaky and Horrible Service Escondido California

Horrible service, sorry San Diego, and Escondido,  I would never have bought this car here if I knew they would not take care of their clients. Ryan, Nathan, Jeremiah, and Alex (Mechanic) very sneaky.  I bought this car to give to my son for college, yet have not been able to give it to him, because they never fix the car right

1. I bought the car 2007 chevy equinox, and within 2 days the oil and the water mixed and the milky coffee color substance was all throughout the radiator and hose system, and leaking out.  I asked them to change the car, they told me they could fix it.  

Mechanic: Said he changed all the hoses, and flushed out the radiator, and assured me that everything was good to go.  I asked him to change the heads, and he said, not necessary.  To this day, almost 8 months later, there is still milky substance in the reservoir, which is still not changed out, after the Mechanic told me everything has been changed.  

2.  Within a week, my car breaks down on the freeway, I call the tow truck at night, and have them tow it to the dealer.  Again, I try and give Nathan and Jeremiah a shot to fix it, it was the tracking system and kept cutting engine power, and the Transmission.  I asked to change out the car, and get me a better one, they insisted they could fix it.  

Mechanic: Alex, decided to change out the transmission, and fix the tracking system and the mechanic and the dealership told me that they took it to Chevy dealer, and did a full system check, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car now.  They had the car for a month.  While I was waiting, they gave me a car with broken locks and a horrible interior, very unsafe to drive around.  I have kids, and it was very unsafe for them.  After a month, I went and picked up the car, when I got to the dealership, I see my car.  I turn on the car, and the headlight is out, and the engine light is on.  (WTF....I thought Karz plus, mechanic, and Chevy dealership did a full inspection, yet my engine light is on and my headlight is out.  

3.  I immediately text Alex, mechanic, and called the dealership in Escondido, they assured me they would fix it, so I text Alex and he told me he would fix it.  I kept calling and leaving messages and texting alex since August, and Alex never gave me a time to bring the car in.  I tried to call the dealership and Jeremiah says I was to demanding because I need a car to drive while they fix my car, so he wouldn't give me one.  To this day, my engine light is on for emissions system and Karz Plus will not lift a finger to fix my Engine Tracking System Light, which when it comes on it cuts the power to the engine and I have to pull to the side of the freeway, with my kids in the car, and wait for the electronic system to fix itself.  

Time Line: I bought the car 04/26/2015, broke down 04/30/2015, they had the car for 1 month to fix the engine and clean out the radiator and change the hoses.  

05/21/2015: Alex and Ryan recommend I buy the extended warranty, as if they knew they were not going to fix the car right.  So I pay another $995 to extend the warranty a year or 12,000 miles.  My payments went up $30 monthly, and now I can't even use the extended warranty.  

06/22 I break down on the freeway because of the engine tracking system again, they take the car for another month, 

08/01: I get a call saying the car is ready to be picked up, from Alex, the mechanic, and I picked it up after coming back in town.  By 08/15: I text Alex and called the dealership, because even though they told me everything was completely inspected by Chevrolet Dealership, the engine light was still on, and the headlight was out.  Then when I changed the headlight, they headlight casings were full of Rain water, and they tried to tell me that was normal on used cars.  

09/26: Alex text me saying he would take the car in, and fix the Engine light and the Moisture in the light casings, and would get me a copy of the Chevrolet full inspection Paperwork.  I talk to Chevy dealer, and they say they knew nothing about the moisture in the headlights and water, and about the engine light.  

01/12-Spoke with Jeremiah at Karz Plus Escondido, and they feel I am being to demanding, because I want my engine light fixed and my tracking system fixed and the transmission fixed, which is all the original items I thought were fixed back in July.  It seems they just kept trying to stall until my extended warranty is up.  Jeremiah says he can't give me a car and won't fix my car, he tells me to call the warranty place.  Then asks me to pay them more money.  

All I want is to get my car running safely, or get me into another car that is safe.  Will update this if I hear from Karz Plus on what they intend to do.  For the record, they knew the car was bad, they know the car has been horrible since day 1, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt just to make the car right or put me in another car that fits my family and doesn't break down.
