Complaint Review: KASA Auto Parets LLC

I received parts and an instruction page that gave out instructions on how to install my parts but nothing I was told to do was possible. I was told to find wiring that matched 1000 to 3000 ohms on my truck , I looked and looked , I have no wiring matching these number or even close. I was supposed to have 2 different wires to attach this part to but after checking with the car dealer found out there was only 1 wire this part was supposed to attack to instead of 2 so there was no way to install this part. The wire I was told to install this part to was reading 12,000 ohms not 1 to 3,000 !  After reading using this part realeased them of all responsibility I decided not to even try to use it called them on the phone and was told just to connect to the hot wire then the ground wire ?  Ever direction I received was different
