Complaint Review: Kasamba - Raven Franks

It's a shame that you spent hundreds of dollars & so much wasted effort to learn what most of us already know: THEY'RE ALL FAKES! Psychics, spellcasters, whatever...A BUNCH OF CR@P! The only thing they help you with is separating you from your money. They prey on desperate, depressed people & tell them whatever they want to hear in order to string them along as long as possible.

I could accomplish the same thing by waving my arms around & shouting, 'Ooga-booga, abracadabra, eenie-meenie-chili-beanie, _______' (fill in the blank with whatever the sucker wants)! You learned a valuable lesson; now go out, depend on yourself & create your own destiny.

I'm also a disgruntled ex-customer from Kasamba, with numerous horror stories, and I take full responsibility for my own stupidity and emotional weakness in paying even one penny to these frauds.

As someone who works on the site now as an expert, I can tell you all that 99.9% of these psychics are not psychics at all. They are all taking advantage of the needy, the insecure, the lonely and frightened people around the world.

Regarding Raven Franks. She used the same ploy on me. Guaranteeing her predictions and encouraging me to be patient. My reading was with her more than two years ago and I can tell you it never came true.

I am not singling Raven out as a fake, because as I already said, most of the Kasamba (and Keen and online) psychics are without an iota of real psychic talents. I only mention Raven because this particular thread has named her and I want to corroborate that assessment.

As much as we point the fingers at the fake psychics, we all must also take responsibility for choosing to keep calling them. No one is forcing you to go onto the Internet and give your credit card and ask these so-called experts about your love lives. You are doing so out of desperation and neediness, lack of self-esteem, fear of growing old alone, etc.

The only way to stop the scam is to stop using their services.

Obviously if Raven Franks rebuttal to my comments is titled "Apologies to Miss Suzzi" I'm justified in expressing my concerns and warnings. I really just wanted to warn the general public in attempt to spare them what I went through. Clearly, many of the posts on this site regarding Kasamba are of a vengeful nature and client's/experts/employees are "fighting" this out on the site. The one that continues to ring true is the pattern of the complaints. Complaints from all over the U.S. (and foreign countries) are consistent. Although I take full responsibility for allowing myself to be used, what I am trying to attempt to do is to warn other unsuspecting potential victims. Clearly, I wasn't the first person to post about Raven Franks. Her "blanket" and general response that we are all responsible for our own actions and her advice that we love ourselves is certainly a vague attempt to justify her actions with me. As much as I appreciate her keeping my "privacy" and stating she had a "special bond" with me, that does not justify how she proceeded unethically with me. It is also very important for me to state that her relentless predictions have yet to materialize. Her insistence that her predictions would be "soon", "in 10 days", "in 2 weeks", etc. along with her other predictions NEVER came to fruition. So - to have kept giving me false hope and misleading readings WAS unethical. Yes, there are ruthless "experts" on the site and yes, the patterns of complaints are indisputable - my goal was and remains to inform people to NOT make the same mistake I made - regardless of the BS "good" intentions of the "experts". Kasamba is a BUSINESS and before anyone engages in a very costly reading they need to carefully review the ratings and follow-up on the claims in the "experts" profiles. Raven Franks does NOT have a working website as she claims in her profile. A profile that she changes on a regular basis. NOT that she is responsibile for my contacting her and seeking readings, but, if she IS as "ethical" and "honest" as she relentlessly states....wouldn't she have advised me to wait longer periods between readings OR to wait until the current predictions had materialized OR SOMETHING. ALL SHE EVER DID WAS SAY....."DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE A LOOK".....PUTTING THE RESPONSIBILITY ON ME. Bottom line - she is a business woman and NONE of her predictions came true. Let the client's do the math.....and beware.

I am writing this in response to the previous message .....I want you to know and anyone else reading this that i do psychic readings for two reasons...One is that I really do enjoy helping people , empowering their lives to be the best that they can...and also yes it is my income ....my profession ....The above client did come to me and was considered one of my favoite clients ...meaning that i felt a bond and connection with her that stood out to me .....I normally would not even answer to a post like this ...but again because I truly did care a great deal for this particular client , I feel compelled to answer the above ...No we are not God and there is no one psychic , astrolger , or any other person in the metaphysical arena that can promise you that thet are 100% accurate but I can promise to do my best and deliver what i am shown to you effectively ....It is still up to you what you are to do with that information .....I do not condone nor have I ever condoned for any client to continue to come to me to get readings on an ongoing basis ...I leave that totally up to the client ....I am here to help in any manner i can with the abilities that i have ...That is what i believe I have a moral and ethical obligation to do ......I will not go into the details of the above situation with this client as i do respect her privacy in this matter however I feel that one of the main goals was for all of us to place ourselves first ....to love and care for our own well being ...Only then can we accept love and receive it in return ......Do not take any of these rip off reports too seriously ...for any reader that is mentioned in any of the reports instead try yourself if you are so inclined and judge for yourself the validity and the accuracy of the reading ..but more importantly what you take from the reading ..what value you have received to deal with the situation that you are faced with ..............

As much as I appreciate that Raven Franks has many satisfied and loyal customers. I feel that there is far more evidence to the contrary. I know first hand that she has some "psychic" skills, but she is unethical and takes advantage of her client's for financial gain. I do realize that she is one of the top rated "experts" on the Kasamba site and she does have phenomenal ratings for initial and follow-up readings. I believe the initial correct information she gives is correct and I feel confident that is based on her many years of experience and her abilities. What I feel the issue IS that she is unable to make correct predictions and gives false hope to keep her customers coming back.

Now, before I get "slaughtered" with responses that I "should have given up and not gone back to her" and "should have realized", etc. The problem is when you are seeking the insight and advice of what you believe is an ethical "Psychic" you're judgement is effected by your emotions and her "ways".

I was a loyal client of Raven Franks for 7 months and paid her approximately $5,300.00. Yes, I am responsible for that. The problem was that she kept insisting that the things she was predicting would come "true" and that I should remain patient. She is extremely empathetic, easy to talk to and has a very good approach. What I am trying to warn people about and bring to the attention of potential clients is that if you read her reviews they all say she is "right on target" and amazing.

If you read very carefully you see repeat clients state "her predictions didn't come true", "or still waiting for predictions to come true" or you see repeat clients that rave about her abilities and then disappear. I notified Kasamba that she took advantage of me and that I am responsible for having allowed that to happen, but what I wanted Kasamba to do is investigate her CLAIMS in her profile.

Immediately following my informing both her and Kasamba of her tactics and false claims she changed her profile and used my previous ratings as quotes on her page on the site. I realize that contacting anyone on Kasamba is a risk, but what I am trying to say and have been trying to alert the general public about is to be VERY careful and do not let your emotions cloud your judgement and realize that people are in this for the money, it is their living and they need to make money.

I feel her claims on her profile are FALSE and she does not deliver at the level she claims. She also charges $8.99 per minute and will cut that charge in half for repeat customers, but still $4.50 a minute for false hope and misleading information is WRONG. She claims to be legitimate and ethical, yet doesn't want to hear any negative feedback on her "work".

I am trying to warn unsuspecting, vulnerable and emotional people to not fall for the hype about Raven Franks. I asked Kasamba to investigate her unrealistic claims in her profile and they never responded to me. When I approached her, she became incredibly defensive and insulted me by basically telling me I was blaming her for not getting "my way" and wanting to hurt the man I was pursuing the readings about. She is the one who encouraged me to wait for him and to stay involved....then completely changed her "tune" when her predictions didn't come true.

I am NOT blaming her for being a good business woman, I am warning potential clients that she is NOT as "excellent" as she claims to be and you need to read, really read her reviews and make note of the clients website name. You will see that around the time I stopped seeking her out, her reviews continually stated (by the same clients) "her prediction came true immediately", etc. all in response to my negative information given to Kasamba.

Bottom line is Raven Franks may be a "psychic", but she is a business woman FIRST and misleads her clients to keep them coming back. This needs to be addressed and Kasamba doesn't want to do anything about it. So I am informing the general public to be aware of her tactics and to look into seeking other "experts" on the site. YES, MANY of them are fraudulent.

They DEFINITELY share information and tell people the same things to keep them coming back. Raven Franks absolutely is NOT ethical and takes advantage of her clients and I feel something should be done. Perhaps if she had less customers she'd change her ways. She is making a fortune by utilizing unethical business tactics.

Raven is quite ethical, has gotten to the meat of many of my issues by the way has never charged $12/min. So, I am not sure why would write such lies. If you are unhappy with a reading the best thing to do is to find another reader not spread rumors that you can not substantiate. Also, low ratings DO show up. Perhaps, Kasamba was having technical difficulties as they often do. Just ask, and they will get your rating up. No need to bad mouth someone without proof.

You really should come with ACTUAL FACTS and not ASSUMPTIONS.

Did it occur to you to follow through with facts not with assumptions?

Looks to me like your rating and comment is posted if it's the recent two stars up on her profile.
I also wonder why you went back to her having already expressed in your report that you didn't trust her?

Now i don't know this reader, she looks like she has a good rep, not had a reading with her. Just your report sounds like you went to her on purpose already angry.
You have been proven wrong in your report as to your comment not being posted, so why should anyone believe the rest of it?
Maybe she is that good that she doesn't need any astrology to see through your personality and future.
