Kasey Mando Ultra Quest Toy Fox Terriers Sold me dog and refuses to send AKC registration paperwork El Cajon California
This is the problem, the breeder, Kasey Mando, is refusing to send me the registration paperwork for a Toy Fox Terrier she sold me. She claimed the dog was show quality and purebread. Now I have none of the info about parentage, date of birth or shot record.. I have phoned (she doesn’t return my calls) and written emails to her. Her business is too far away for me to go over in person. She is:
