On Feburary 1, 2003 I made a deposit on a 1994 Pontiac Grand Ptix. On Feb 3 I called Kat Mar Kars and requested my deposit back. Then Bill Martino the owner of Kat Mar Kars told me on Feb 7 that I could go in and get back the deposit. When I arrived at Kat Mar Kars there was no check and Bill Martino wanted me to "give him my best shot." I tried several times to get the deposit and he refused to give it back. Bill Martino kept making excuses for not having the check.

I took the matter to small claims court. It seemed as though that Bill Martino had more rights then me. After one year of fighting I am finally getting my money back.

I learned a valuable lession, to never put a deposit down on anything unless you are sure that you are going to buy it. Bill Martino knew that for me to get my money back that I would go thru hell, therefore 8 out of 10 customers lose money. I also know going thru the court system in New Jersey is a joke, Bill Martino had more rights then me.
