This review was brought to my attention by a patient and I wish to dispute its validity and request the writer remove it from this site. A similarly worded negative review was placed on yelp.com on the same date -- that review is under investigation by yelp.com and is expected to be removed shortly.
I have been practicing dentistry in my Palo Alto location for six years and have no recollection of an incident where a tooth was broken while a patient was in the chair. I do not currently have a patient of record named Jason who resides in San Jose, and therefore have no knowledge of the author of this review.
