The following party Rafi Syead Coo was in agreement to give us 45 percent stake in maven health clinics mobile app only to breach the agreement we had due to this we have got nothing in return for our efforts helping further there app except to be screwed out of a large chunk of the pie. As such Kate Ryder is also head of the company acting as ceo whos done little to clear up the matter even going so far as to block our contact on her twitter accounts. Shes based out of Newyork but maybe doing business elsewhere in California word to the wise if a company has to screw someone then they should be out of business and well seek to presue these claims to the highest levels we can no one gets away without making mends for the wrongs they cause. Let this be a warning should you choose to do business with any of them. We have all the email proof we need regarding this agreement justice will be served soon enough.
