Complaint Review: Katherine Scott - Personal Instant Cash - E Market Professionals

Back in November 2004 I purchased a "home-based" business ebook from Katherine Scott for $97. After reading it, I realized I'd been had because she never actually told you how to make money online. I requested a refund, as she stated clearly that there was a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Well, after requesting a refund a few times and only getting an auto-responder email back from her "welcoming me to the program", I found out that the $97 was not going to be refunded because it went to some missionary somewhere and she found some stupid loophole in her wording to get around the satisfaction guarantee.

Katherine Scott should be put behind bars along with E-market Professionals who she stated "were the best in the business". They also have taken me for a total of $97. After numerous attempts to regain my money, they just keep telling me to "utilize the program". How is one to do that when their servers are always down and they give you absolutely ZERO guidance.

They are both rip-off artists! I have reported them to the online better business bureau, and Paypal.
