We were a small business that agreed to advertising services sold by Katherine Urquhart of Pregnancy and Newborne Magazine in Atlanta. Katherine Urquhart promised certain services and then after we had paid Pregnancy and Newborne she went back on her word and EMAILS!!! She said that we misunderstood what she was saying. Having been in business for some time and very frugal with advertising we knew exactly what she said and what she said in her emails.
Katherine Urquhart is now a realtor for Keller Williams of the Wiggens Group Realty in Atlanta. She comes off initially as nice enough but with us anyway turned fairly hostile after she said Pregnancy and Newborne wouldn't do what she said they would do for us.
So...if you are going to use Katherine Urquhart Realtor for your home buying service make sure you cross your Ts and dot your I's before doing business with her. Don't take her on her word.
