I bought 4 ceramic household items from her and paid for the shipping. She packs my items in a flimsy box that JUST fits my items. Each item was only wrapped in a layer of newspapers. Naturally, the items came broken. She refuses to refund me for the broken items that was caused by her mistakes. Now she’s not responding to me. Seems like this woman doesn’t understand basic physics and how this could be her fault. Not sure how her kids have survived so long.
