Kathleen Pennington of Valencia continues to rip people off. She wrote a bad check for merchandise which she has in her posession. When I took the check to the bank, they said that the account was closed. When I tried calling her, it turns out she gave me a bogus number. I have a small business...shame on her. I hope she gets arrested for stealing from others.
